John’s Story

John Rowley, 70 from South Yorkshire, was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in Aug 2020, and attended a Look Good Feel Better virtual workshop in February this year. This is what he had to say about his experience attending one of our men’s sessions…

“ At the virtual workshop with attendees from across the country, I found the main theme of skincare and grooming to be informative.  Although it was the prostate cancer that brought me to the Look Good Feel Better workshop, it was the facial surgery back in 2017 on my right cheek for skin cancer and the subsequent scarring that made me reluctant to wet shave regularly.  The advice given at the workshop has made me look at skincare and wet shaving in a completely different way.  And the icing on the cake was the fabulous gift bag of full-size quality products received after the workshop.  Thank you Look Good Feel Better!”
