Every session offers an opportunity to meet others in a similar situation and provides you with tools to implement the changes you may need to feel comfortable and confident with your body again.

Chair Tai Chi & Qigong
Jan Roberts, who runs the sessions, is passionate about Tai Chi and has been teaching Tai Chi and Qigong for the past 15 years, having completed a six-year teacher training course run by the President of the British Council of Chinese Martial Arts.
Tai Chi is a martial art but these days it is practised for health and wellbeing. Although usually performed standing, it can still be very beneficial if performed whilst seated.
Meditation & Breathwork
Meditation and breathwork is about more than just relaxing. Jess Holliday, who runs the session, has worked with people on the cancer journey using these tools as part of a holistic approach to wellness and transformation.
The session aims to reduce anxiety, increase feelings of calm and relaxation and access altered states of consciousness through meditation, quieting our busy minds and increasing a sense of inner peace and present moment awareness.
Naomi is a yoga and meditation teacher from bonnie Scotland. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and teaching for a little over 3 years. The sense of calm and clarity that comes from a few moments of stillness never fails to amaze Naomi and she is passionate about teaching beginners and people looking to develop their own yoga practice.
