Look Good Feel Better Advent Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Rules”) apply to the Look Good Feel Better Raffle (“Raffle”).
1.2. The Raffle is operated by Look Good Feel Better Trading Limited, registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 09017551), whose registered office is at West Hill House, 32 West Hill, Epsom, Surrey, KT19 8JD (“Promoter”).
1.3. The Raffle is administered by ZenterPrize, trading name of BriteVox Limited (Company Number: 10904538), licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission (account number 57556).
1.4. By entering the Raffle, you agree to be bound by these Rules.
1.5. All profits from the Raffle will go towards Look Good Feel Better’s charitable work.

2. Entries
2.1. Each entry costs £2.00.
2.2. You may purchase multiple entries per Raffle. To encourage responsible play, the maximum number of entries permitted per individual is 25
2.3. Payment must be received in full before your entry is confirmed. Accepted payment method is Debit Card (online only)
2.5. Entries must not be sold by or to anyone under 18 years of age. Underage gambling is an offence.
2.6. Upon entering, you must verify that you are over 18 and provide your full name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
2.7. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct age verification checks and refuse entry to any individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements.
2.8. Entries are only available to residents of Great Britain. Unfortunately, individuals outside Great Britain are not eligible to enter.
2.9. Employees of ZenterPrize, their household members, and those directly involved in managing the Raffle are not permitted to enter.
3.1. The Raffle draw will take place on 2nd December 2025
3.2. Entries must be received before 23.59 before the draw date – the last date to enter is 1st December 2025
3.3. Winners will be randomly selected using a Gambling Commission-approved random number generator.
3.4. All entrants who purchase tickets for the Advent Raffle between 10th November 2025 and 17th November 2025 (inclusive) will be automatically entered into a separate Speed Draw to win a Look Good Feel Better Luxury Hamper.
The winner of the Speed Draw will be selected by random draw on or after 18th November 2025 using a Gambling Commission-approved random number generator.
The winner will be notified within 7 working days, and the prize will be dispatched within 21 days, subject to availability.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Speed Draw at any time prior to the closing date.

4.2. There is no need to claim a prize – all prizes will be posted within 21 days of the draw.
4.3. If a prize remains unclaimed for more than 13 weeks, it will be treated as a donation to Look Good Feel Better.
4.4. There are no cash alternatives to non-cash prizes. No interest is payable on unclaimed prizes.
5. Winners & Results
5.1. Winners will be notified within 7 working days via email, post, or phone.
5.2. Winning numbers will be published on Look Good Feel Better’s website within 3 working days of the draw.

5.4. Look Good Feel Better may request to use winners’ names and photographs for publicity purposes, subject to the winner’s consent.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
6.1. Refunds will only be issued where a duplicate payment has been made, an entry has been processed in error, or where an entry was received after the deadline.
6.2. If you wish to cancel your entry, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible. However, once an entry has been confirmed and payment received, refunds may not be possible.
6.3. If the Raffle is suspended or cancelled, Look Good Feel Better will notify affected players and issue refunds where applicable.
7. Responsible Gambling & Self-Exclusion
7.1. Look Good Feel Better is committed to responsible gambling.
7.2. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may self-exclude from all Look Good Feel Better raffles and lotteries.

7.4. Players who self-exclude will not be permitted to re-enter for a minimum period of 6 months.

8. Complaints & Disputes
8.1. If you have a complaint about the Raffle, please contact [email protected].
8.2. Complaints will be handled in line with our Complaints and Disputes Policy, available upon request or via www.lgfblottery.co.uk.
8.3. If your complaint relates to the outcome of a Raffle and we are unable to resolve it, you may escalate it to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS).

9.3. Your data will be used solely for the administration of the Raffle unless you opt in to receive further communications from Look Good Feel Better.
10. Liability
10.1. The Promoter and ZenterPrize shall not be liable for:
- Any errors or omissions in entries
- Loss, theft, or delay of communications
- Disruptions caused by events beyond their control
10.2. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Raffle is final and binding.
